Start at US-395. Take El Mirage Rd West for about 7 miles.
Turn right (North) on Mountain View Rd, continue for about 1.5 miles.
Pass through the Dry Lake Off-Highway Recreation Area.
Once you pass through the entrance to the park, turn right on Mesquite Rd and drive for about 150 yards. You can park the vehicle there and continue on foot North for about 5 minutes (or drive North for 1 minute towards the land)
